I will list all changes here and will post as each of these changes has officially taken place.
There will be no more council. I know that as the council we seemed to attack you guys more and got some things done, but not what or how we should've been doing them.
Me and Silence will be overseeing things and we also will be setting roles for prior council members, for things we need.
Rooster will be in the background assisting with the forums, he has NOT stepped down from the group.
CozyToe will be handling ban trolling and hlstats checks.
Both Cozy and Rooster will have certain members to help, if they want, and of their choosing.
Due to over-admining of the server we have spoke with nades and collectively decided that ALL of us being admins is NOT helping and actually hurts the server.
There will be no more ranks.. because not all of us are going to be admins anymore.
We have gone through and reviewed the roster. Members who have not been active at all and seemingly disappeared will be cut.
There will only be "Admins" and non-admin "Members" from now on.
The only thing Members will have is admin chat, to privately talk to admins in game, and will essentially be given the |N-r| level permissions. Until a new spot is made, or it is adjusted accordingly. Members will not be expected to enforce, quite the opposite actually. Allow the admins to do their thing. Just play the game and enjoy yourself. (like some do anyway) Membership applications will still be handled the same way.. BUT again, we're not going to care about ENFORCING the rules anymore because thats not the members' responsibility any longer.. We will only care conduct and do they obey the rules.
Admins.. ALL admins.. will have the current ||NADES|| level permissions
As for getting "Admin" there will be a whole new process put in place. No longer will we use "activity and how much they enforce the rules" as a standard. We are going to institute a "length of membership for admin" rule(not known yet) We are also going to be looking MORE at a members in game conduct and attitude to determine if they should made an admin.
A member will apply in a forum (yet to be created) This will then be copied into the internal admin section, where a poll will be created. Then ALL admins will vote and input DETAILED feedback about the member applying for admin. Once the application is approved or denied, the member will be advised.
As for who's going to make the cut..
like I said, we've gone through the roster. Some guys are going to be dropped from admin and some are going to be moved up.. even some |N-r|s
Some of you will not be happy with this, but the time for making people happy has passed. Our mission is server health and we've kept that in mind while selecting our list of admins. The remaining active members will maintain their membership status and will have to wait to apply for admin.

We are ALL going to wear the same tag from now on.. we will all be donning the ||NADES|| tag. Members and Admins alike will wear this tag. There are no more ranks.. there is no more.. "I was here longer" or anything like that. Members = Members and Admins = Admins.

you are going to start seeing the changes to the boards. You may have seen some already. The "recruits" section.. will be renamed to "members" section. The internal admin section will stay like it is.. for the most part. There will be some changes.
MEMBERS.. will be given THEIR OWN ban requests, hack demos and complaints section. Please use these.
ALL MEMBERS AND ADMINS ALIKE... leave the old "Complaints and appeals" section for NON NADES MEMBERS. No need for the world to see your ban requests.
There will be some topics in place until they are moved, but again.. Members will not be asked nor responsible for the enforcement of server rules, leave that for the admins. IF you CHOOSE to enforce the rules, do it only in passing and ask for the assistance of an admin if a challenge is met.

If you have an issue with another member or an admin.. take it up with them. There is no more council.. there is no more holding your hands.. If a problem is brought to me.. I'm going to start a group chat with whoever is involved and we'll fix it right there. OR you can keep that chip on your shoulder and run away with your thumb in your mouth.
the whole ban protocol is going to remain in place.. be reasonable.. no excessive lengths for first time bans. IF you feel that a long ban is necessary.. please get a demo.. this will help you when Cozy comes knocking on my door about it.
As for the fucking off and slapping, beaconing, freezing, blinding your buddies in game.. I don't fuckin care.. JUST REMEMBER.. DO NOT BE A DETRIMENT TO SERVER HEALTH!! if your buddy is getting annoyed by your torturing him.. then stop.. even if it is another member!
there will still be no forum flames tolerated.. handle shit personally or privately. Or if that fails come to me or Silence. We will mediate
There is going to be some adjustment to this, I know. BUT it is necessary for server health. We had all these admins as a result of extra servers from the houses.. IF the RTV server becomes populated and maintains.. then we MAY need extra admins.
As for what the roster will reveal.. some of you are going to be pissed.. some of you will love it.. If you have an issue, bring it DIRECTLY to me or silence. But I can tell you.. you probably still won't like the answer.

Well, I'm sorry you see it that way.. I have spoke with nades.. this whole rank and clan idea was not his. Nades never really cared for it. Nades wants a trusted "group of admins" to run his server. We were a community.. not a ranked clan. And it's steadily gotten worse since we made it a clan. So now we are going back to basics. No more favors for friends.. no more raging admins.. no more piss poor server conduct.
EDIT by Silence -- Demo Review Board Members and Scrim Team will still be intact and active as they were.
Conduct yourselves accordingly, obey the rules, respect ALL players as you would another member of this community and have fun. THAT is all I care about.
